Make an Honor/Memorial Donation

Make a memorial or honor tribute to a special person or four legged friend with a Walk sponsorship. For a $50 donation, a beautiful Yankee Candle with the name of the person or dog that you wish to remember or honor will be lit and displayed along the honor/memorial trail of Walk route. Each name will be included in the special section of the Walk program that will be distributed at the Walk. At the completion of the Walk, you will be able to take your candle home as a special remembrance.  To submit your request, simply complete the Honor/memorial form and send it to:
