Where the Money Goes

The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation is most grateful to you, our supporters.  Every dollar you provide goes toward changing the lives of individuals who are blind. Throughout our 48 years, we have honored and carefully managed your contributions. Most of the funds received by Fidelco (79 cents of every dollar donated,) are allocated for core services that include breeding, training and placing Fidelco guide dogs, as well as client follow-up. Ten percent goes for Fidelco’s fundraising activities and 11% is allocated to the administration of our organization.  Charity Navigator (www.charitynavigator.org) rates Fidelco as one of only 14% of charities to receive a four-star rating for two consecutive years. This superlative rating was based on our fiscal responsibility and the quality of our operational management.
